At Bed Nanny Inc. we believe our products should meet your needs and expectations, 100% of the time!

We guarantee the quality of every item and strongly believe you will be happy with your purchase.  If you have any questions, concerns, wish to exchange or return your item then kindly contact us by e-mail within 21 days upon receiving your order and we will gladly assist you with your request.  If we do not hear from you by e-mail within that time frame then all sales will be considered final after 21 days.

Refunds will only include your purchase price.

Refunds will not include the original cost of shipping.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Free items are excluded from our return policy and are not eligible to be returned.

It is very important to inspect your items upon receiving them and before use.  Once your product has been used, it can no longer be returned.  Whether a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part, e-mail us and we will promptly address the issue at hand.  Kindly note a flawed or incorrect order kept for more than 21 days can no longer be returned.

We request that all bed NANNY™ original products are returned in new condition, unused and unwashed with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.  Any bed NANNY™ items that have been soiled, washed or tampered with in any way, will not be accepted, will not qualify for an exchange or a refund and will be considered a final sale.
